FITT Rack Warranty Information

Listings noted as “Scratch and Dent” or “Blemished” items are not eligible for return or warranty claims. 

SARGE FITT will warranty the FITT Rack from defects in the material, functionality and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. “Lifetime” warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in material or workmanship. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product for so long as the original purchaser owns the product and is non-transferable.

Lifetime Warranty: Metal frames and structural welds

1 year limited warranty: Double Pin J-Cups, safety pins and threaded knobs.

FOR ALL WARRANTIES whether lifetime, limited or otherwise may be voided for any product(s) which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bars, Double Pin J-Cups, safety pins and threaded knobs (i.e., excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces, and similar usage).  Any specific issues regarding a SARGE FITT product(s) with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
