Return Policy

 Listings noted as “Scratch and Dent” or “Blemished” items are not eligible for return or warranty claims.  

 

If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your new equipment, you can request a return within 30 days of your delivery date. If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your new apparel item, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery date. (Applicable return fees may apply. See below for details.)

  • Returns require original packaging, with no unacceptable damage and in like-new condition. SARGE FITT may reject (or apply charges* to) the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging or excessive use. Shipping and any brokerage/transaction costs are non-refundable.

  • SARGE FITT does not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges you may have paid to receive your new product(s).

  • If you received free shipping on some or part of your SARGE FITT order, the actual shipping cost to send the item to you will be deducted from the refund value. Customer is responsible for the return and original shipping cost, duties/taxes that may be included in the original purchase, and any credit card transaction fees for the purchase.

 

  • Due to the size and weight of the FITT Rack, returns will include a return shipping charge of $250.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns or exchanges of apparel items. Returns of worn, washed or damaged apparel will not be honored.

 

  • Returning your equipment may incur additional charges for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, or accidents.

 

  • If your equipment is missing parts when the return is received, you may be charged a restocking fee.

 

  • SARGE FITT reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned product(s) and either grant or deny a refund.

 

  • Returned items will be evaluated to ensure new condition before refund is processed; Once delivered to our returns warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. In most cases, your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. It may take your bank 3-5 business days to have it processed and appear on your account.

  • SARGE FITT cannot accept returns after 30 days of delivery date.
